Connecting EasyFin to your TocOnline account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to start seeing your financial data in our dashboard.
Step 1: Get Your API Credentials
Log into your TocOnline account and navigate to Settings > API Access. Generate a new API key if you don’t have one. Keep this key secure – you’ll need it in the next step.
Step 2: Add Connection in EasyFin
In EasyFin, go to Settings > Integrations > TocOnline. Click “Add New Connection” and enter:
- Your TocOnline company name
- API Key from Step 1
- Your TocOnline user email
Step 3: Authorize Access
Click “Connect” and you’ll be redirected to TocOnline to authorize EasyFin. Review the permissions and click “Authorize”. You’ll be redirected back to EasyFin.
Step 4: Initial Sync
EasyFin will automatically start syncing your data. Depending on your data volume, this may take a few minutes. You’ll see a progress indicator on the dashboard.
Step 5: Explore Your Dashboard
Once synced, explore your new dashboard with:
- Revenue and expense charts
- Outstanding invoices
- Tax obligations timeline
- Cash flow projections
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues:
- Verify your API key is active in TocOnline
- Check that your TocOnline subscription includes API access
