How It Works
EasyFin now monitors all Portuguese tax deadlines relevant to your business and sends you timely reminders:
- 30 days before: Initial reminder to start preparation
- 7 days before: Urgent reminder with checklist
- 1 day before: Final alert
Personalized Alerts
Based on your company profile (regime type, industry, turnover), we only send relevant alerts. A monthly VAT reporter won’t receive quarterly reminders, and vice versa.
Multiple Channels
Choose how you want to be notified:
- Email notifications
- Push notifications (mobile app)
- Dashboard alerts
- Calendar integration (Google, Outlook)
Smart Insights
Each alert includes:
- What needs to be submitted
- Estimated amounts (based on your data)
- Direct links to AT portal
- Common mistakes to avoid
