1. Service Provider Identification

The EasyFin.pt service is operated by:

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

“Platform” — the web service accessible through the easyfin.pt domain and associated applications;
“User” — any natural or legal person who registers and uses the Platform;
“Account” — the User’s personal registration on the Platform, protected by access credentials;
“Services” — all functionalities provided through the Platform, including financial management, billing software integration, data analysis, and alerts;
“Data” — all information entered, processed, or generated by the User on the Platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EasyFin.pt Platform, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, you should refrain from using the Services.

Bezkonechnost II, Lda reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, notifying Users through the Platform or by email with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Description of Services

The EasyFin.pt Platform is a financial management solution designed for sole proprietors and small businesses in Portugal, offering:

Centralized dashboard with business overview;
Customer and supplier management and analysis;
Automatic calculation of tax obligations (VAT, Corporate Tax, Personal Income Tax);
Cash flow forecasting and planning;
Financial statements (P&L, balance sheet);
Integration with certified billing software (TocOnline);
Alert and email notification system.

Important notice: The Platform does not constitute tax, accounting, or legal advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for financial and tax decisions.

5. Registration and User Account

5.1. Registration Requirements

To use the Platform, the User must:

Have legal capacity to enter into contracts;
Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information;
Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials.

5.2. Account Responsibility

The User is fully responsible for all activities performed on their Account. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify Bezkonechnost II, Lda via email at geral@rudokvas.pt.

6. Pricing and Payments

6.1. Subscription

Subscription fees start from €49/month (VAT not included) and may vary depending on the scope of services selected and the volume of services provided. The final price is determined based on the service package chosen by the User at the time of subscription and is specified in the individual service agreement or order confirmation.

6.2. Trial Period

The Platform offers a free 14-day trial period. After this period, the User may choose to subscribe or cease using the Services.

6.3. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard);
Bank transfer;
MB Way.

6.4. Invoicing

All invoices are issued electronically and made available in the User’s personal area, in compliance with Portuguese tax legislation.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including software, design, brand, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of Bezkonechnost II, Lda or its licensors.

The User retains ownership of the Data they enter into the Platform, granting Bezkonechnost II, Lda a limited license to process such Data exclusively for the provision of Services.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Platform’s Privacy Policy, available at easyfin.pt/privacy, and by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Bezkonechnost II, Lda commits to implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

9. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

Use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms;
Not attempt to access systems or data of other Users;
Not use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
Not introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code;
Keep contact and billing information up to date.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” Bezkonechnost II, Lda does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services, and periods of unavailability may occur for maintenance or force majeure reasons.

Bezkonechnost II, Lda’s liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage. Under no circumstances shall it be liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.

11. Termination

11.1. By the User

The User may cancel their subscription at any time through their personal area. Access to the Platform remains until the end of the already paid period, with no right to proportional refund.

11.2. By Bezkonechnost II, Lda

Bezkonechnost II, Lda may suspend or terminate the User’s access in case of:

Violation of these Terms;
Non-payment;
Fraudulent or abusive use of the Platform.

11.3. Data Export

Following termination, the User has 30 days to export their Data through the Platform’s functionalities. After this period, the Data will be deleted.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Funchal, Autonomous Region of Madeira.

Alternatively, consumer Users may resort to the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it subsequently.
